Teddy Ruxpin Restoration
Teddy Ruxpin & Grubby were the sought after toys of the
mid 1980's. Teddy Ruxpin and Grubby were born at the World
of Wonders Grundo Hospital. They were adopted by
children all over the world. Although they were born
healthy, it became apparent that they were prone to getting
sick frequently and many made it back to Grundo hospital
when they were sick. Most of the time, they required
surgery to get well. Even with their health problems, Teddy
and Grubby provided millions of children with companionship
and unconditional love. After the Worlds of Wonder Grundo
Hospital closed, many Teddys and Grubbys fell into a coma
where they remain loved but silenced. Then came Dr
Eeyore and the opening of Dr Eeyore's Hospital where
World of Wonder Teddy Ruxpins and Grubbys can come for
surgery to make them well.

IT IS NOT A PROTECTED PICTURE SO YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PRINT IT OUT IN THE EXACT SIZE ON CARDBOARD PAPER STOCK AND PASTE IT RIGHT IN YOU TOY TO REPLACE A LOST BATTERY GUIDE. (It should fit all the WOW toys as the placement is the same on all the toys that take C batteries - except Goofy - I'll get another up for Goofy.) |

Due to the terminal illness of my mother, I am flying frequently back
and forth to Florida. I currently have about 15 Teddys and Grubbys in
the shop that will take me 3 months to complete with my fulltime job,
and traveling out of state to take care of my mother. I am suspending
the receiving of any Teddys for repair until March 15, 2012, as I am
out of hours in a day to complete anymore than I have right now. I will
be able to process orders for parts and accessories at times that I am
home, so you can send those.
