PATIENT:   Grubby
CHIEF COMPLAINT:  Will not wake up.  Will not sing along with his
friend Teddy Ruxpin.  Head falls to one side
SURGEON:  Dr Eeyore
NEXT OF KIN:  Teddy Ruxpin (friend)  Newton Gimmick (Friend)
FINDINGS:  Battery springs corroded and bent, neck support
broken, body separating where supports have snapped, crimped
and exposed wires, dirty servo motors, missing spring from
lower servo motor, fur dirty, smells of smoke
WORK DONE: Taken apart, body washed, broken neck piece
removed and replaced, broken wires replaced,servo motors
rebuilt, Circuit board inspected and re-soldered, and re-assembled
